How long will it take to process my order?
Orders generally takes 4-7 business days to be processed and shipped out and in rare cases could take up to 2 weeks at most to process. Since the merchandise is coming from a shipping facility it all depends on when they process the orders. So please allow at the most 7-14 business days for you order. You can always e-mail us to know your status of your shipping.
What is Priority Processing?
Priority Processing will expedite processing time of your order and ensure that your order takes no more than 3-4 days to process and ship. A $35.00 fee will applied to your order. You may choose priority processing during checkout on our website. Priority processing has nothing to do with the time in transit once the package is shipped, that all depends on what shipping methods you chose during checkout.
Expedited shipping is 3 Day select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver and it doesn't count toward the order processing time. That only guarantees delivery after the order is shipped.
What if I buy an item and it is the wrong size or color?
Exchanges/Returns are accepted for damaged merchandise only so please take advantage of our size charts on our website for your accurate size. All sales are final unless damaged. Please refer to our Return Policies for questions about returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Although our prices are in US dollars we do ship worldwide. After an order is placed on our website for an international customer, the actual total will be confirmed via e-mail to the customer before the credit card is charged and the order is processed. Duty taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I know if items I want to purchase are in stock?
All items on our website are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be in stock when your order is placed. If by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order you will be notified by e-mail ASAP and you will have the opportunity to have a special order. If you just want to see if the item is available without actually purchasing, we ask that you send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
If my item isn't available after my order is placed, then why do I see a charge on my card?
When an order is placed your card is automatically authorized, which means the funds are put on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until your order is guaranteed to be in stock and ready to ship. If an item is not in stock when your order is placed we will release the authorization on your card (release the funds on hold) and they will settle back into your account. Depending on your bank or the type of account you have the funds are settled back into your account the same day and up to 4 days after.
If an item is out of stock can I place it on back order?
Usually when an item is out of stock, it will not be placed on back order. Once an item is sold out we will not get any more in. On rare occasions an item may be put on back order but that is only early on in each season. Towards the end of each season items tend to sell out and we won't get them back in until the next season’s inventory.

Some of the items we have are not listed on the website, so if you know of an item by the SKU let us know by e-mail and we'll look it up for you

We have a security certificate and we guarantee that all of your information is secure when ordering. When you get to the Checkout page on our website you will notice on the bottom right hand corner of your browser there should be a padlock, that shows that the site is secure. Also, you will notice that we carry the control scan logo on most of our pages which means we taken the measure to ensure that our website is scanned daily to protect our loyal customers from hackers.
Do you accept phone orders?
Yes, we do accept phone orders, and mail orders. Website orders are guaranteed safe and are much faster! Merchandise will not be put on hold while waiting for payment to be received by mail, it is best to order over the internet to insure the item you want is in stock when the payment goes through.
Do you accept money orders or personal checks?
Yes, we do accept money orders for payment, but the money order must be received within 5 days of the order being place, your item(s) will not be held until the funds are received. You can also pay with your checking account with an e-check using Paypal. Sorry but we do not accept paper personal checks. Paypal is a secure and fast payment option.
