We charge required state taxes for Louisiana. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system. All items will be taxed and all customers will pay taxes.

Layaway is Available!

Please email Virtualfashionplus@att.net or Fax (337)365-1890  order in with style number, color, size and quantity. Customer service will confirm if item is in stock or not. Once item is confirmed in stock, down payment is required immediately at the time of layaway.

Layaway Down Payment

Customer must pay a down payment on total purchase order of between 50% to 75%. Customer must pay down payment at the time of layaway by phone with Debit or Credit Card or online through Paypal methods or credit card. Layaway will not and cannot be held without down payment.

Layaway Final Payment

Final payment of the remainder of layaway balance must be paid in full 45 days from purchase date. No Exceptions.

Cancellation of Layaway

Customer must notify Virtual Fashions in writing Via Fax (337)365-1890 or Via Email Virtualfashionplus@att.net within 2 Hours after purchase has been placed. Letter must state that he/ she would like to cancel layaway immediately in order to receive a full refund of down payment.

 

After two hours of the purchase order date, no refunds will be given for any reason!
Lay-a-way deposits are non-refundable after 2 hours.

Shipping Charges

We Ship Worldwide!

All orders shipped in the U.S. are shipped by United Parcel Services unless requested otherwise.

 

Shipping time takes on average of 5-14 days, but NO ITEM IS SHIPPED UNTIL funds are DEPOSITED in our bank account.

 

Funds are routed from the Internet Holding Bank then to our Bank Account. In addition, item must be in stock.

 

Virtual Fashions IS NOT responsible for late shipping by the carriers due to ANY reason on their part, i.e, transportation problems, lost articles, bad weather, lost driver etc.

On Refused Delivery merchandise, National or International you will be liable and charged for shipping and a 30% restocking charge. All orders from outside the U.S. are responsible for their own customs charges and fees aside from shipping costs.

Shipping charges for International orders are determined by the order amount.

 

There is an additional charge for International orders.

All International orders are shipped USPS Express International Mail which take an average 8-14 days or for Commercial rate through UPS. (The UPS rate is very expensive but, will get it there in the least amount of time.)

 

Customers are responsible for any Duty or Custom, etc. extra charges for merchandise upon arrival to your country.

Backorders and out of stock merchandise

Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In the event that your order can not be filled within 14 days we will put it on backorder status and notify you of the approximate delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to our e-mail notification, we will consider your order to be valid and we will notify you upon our shipment of the backorder items via e-mail.

Return Policy

ALL OF OUR MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPING TO ENSURE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THEIR ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION!


We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from Virtual Fashions.

 

You may exchange a damaged item for another item of equal or greater value, but we do not issue refunds.
Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a Proper RETURN AUTHORZATION NUMBER and RA #'s are valid for 3 days only.
A Post Mark of the 3 days will be verified before it is accepted. If your item was shipped after the 3rd day from your delivery your item will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please contact the Returns Department at Virtualfashionplus@att.net  to receive a RAN. Our Returns Department can be e-mailed 24 hours a day for a return authorization number.

All items must be returned within 3 days (Postmarked) after receiving the merchandise & issuance of the return authorization number.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable-no exceptions. If your item was received during a shipping special, the total for the shipping will be deducted from your credit card. There will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your cost and no refund on your shipping.

Any Special Occasions authorized for return, are and will be subject to same fee.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

No Exchanges, No Refunds, All Sales Final on any department that states All Sales Final or Special Orders. No Exceptions!! Please make sure of your size and color when ordering.

Damaged Shipments

 

For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damages. Virtual Fashions makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage:

 

1) Promptly contact the office of the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report;

 

2) Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.

 

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF, as this may delay your reorder or credit. UPS MUST verify that the package and merchandise was damaged. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before shipment.

E-mail our customer service department and they will explain our return policy. All Merchandise is inspected thoroughly once received at our company and is inspected twice before shipping and delivery to the customer, therefore damages are highly unlikely.

Special Service

If you cannot find the color in the style you want, the size you need in the color or style or if you just have something else in mind give us a call and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.  WE WILL MATCH THE SIZE AND COLOR OF THE ITEM WHICH YOU PREVIOUSLY ORDERED.  IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE LESS SHIPPING FEESSTORE CREDIT WILL BE GOOD FOR FORTY-FIVE (45) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF CREDIT ONLY.
