There are no returns permitted for size issues. Please use the size charts provided on our site before ordering. If you're not sure about the size or if you do not see a corresponding size chart for a particular label, please call us at (337) 224-7975 and an associate will assist you. Store credit will be issued for damaged merchandise only.
Damaged merchandise includes: Any merchandise that is torn, ripped at the seams, permanent ink spots, loose beading, or missing buttons. Many of our suit styles are adorned and embellished, if you receive merchandise that is damaged, it is imperative that you contact us immediately via email or by calling 337-224-7975 (NO EXCEPTIONS)! If calling after hours or if you cannot receive LIVE help, please leave a message, we will return your call. When returning damaged merchandise, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL TAGS ARE ATTACHED. Credit will not be issued if merchandise smells of perfume, smoke, or any other undesirable odor. Damaged items will be replaced with the EXACT SAME STYLE, SIZE, AND COLOR. Hats are not returnable (unless damaged) due to health issues. If a duplicate item cannot be found for an exchange (damaged item), a refund in the form Of a store credit will be issued. Your credit/debit card will NOT be credited.

Refused Packages: There will be a 30% restocking fee charged to your credit card for refused packages. Cancellations: Any order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submission by email or by telephoning our customer service department. If calling after hours, a message may be left. Any cancellation that is not handled in the appropriate time frame will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the order total.
